Im delivering all these brochures for my
mum where she works and its a really hilly
area. Does alot of exercise increase or
decrease the chances?I havent really done
alot of exercise lately and I know that
when I exercise alot to begin with it
changes when I get my period and stuff
like if I exercise heaps I usually find I
get my period late cause my bodys not used
to it? Does any of this make any sence or
does it sound stupid ? Lol

I dont know im not for sure. I wouldnt
think that it would bother your period or
anything else. Exercise is suppose to be
good for you and your body. But who knows
now or days they are coming up with so
much stuff it isnt even funny

Well I guess I will wait and see.
Exercise is good so im sure it couldnt
hurt. I only ask because the lady at
work that was trying said that when
exercising it releases some chemical
..........It just clicked......Who doesnt
exercise when they have sex lol well I
know sometimes its not as physical as
others but really if that existed this
"chemical" then we would all have to have
sex by just laying there lol
anyway I think I just answered my own
question. Im going to go take my dogs
for a walk. Thankyou for answering too
:) how are you tazzy?

work. My new years resolution was to try
and eat healthy , exercise more and get
pregnant lol so far im eating healthy but
salads are soooo boring, ive started the
exercise thing and im trying not to think
about getting pregnant this month, just
leaving it up to fate lol, ill do
everything im spose to and take my
vitamins and enjoy ttc. I hope I can
come to your online baby shower, I think I
worked it out it would be 6am in the
morning so ill have to wait and see but 6

Yes exercise may change your cycle if
you're not used to that particular
exercise. Our bodies are so touchy. I
don't think one day will make a diff
though.
