I had elijah on 1/15. I was in labor for 18 hours and pushed for about an hour or so. When he finally came out he had the cord around his neck 2 times. His apgar's were 1 and 8. He's doing fine now (except making me deathly tired).

He took about 5 min. At least to breathe and turn pink. I didn't get to hold him for the longest time. He has his first doctors appointment today.

It was so difficult for the first week but now I think being his mom is the greatest thing in the world. I never wanted kids and now I wouldn't change it for the world. I have to say he's the cutest baby i've ever seen. Haha.
