Q: Confuddled At Things

I had sex a day before my period was due(nov 10th) my period came nov 13th, iv just seen an answer that says sperm can live up to 12 days so this is y im asking. I had a weird period in december, had a blood test it was negative. I no I cud jst be imagining this, as things do play tricks on you,lol but im just wundering if I cud be pregnant n not av a positive blood test, im crap at counting all these days, all I no is that it will be 7 weeks this fri since I had sexual intercourse. Any help wud be greatly appreciated I no u ladies no ure stuff:) I wud go to the doctors n speak about it but I work mon-fri and my doctors r shut saturdays, and plus I dont wanna make a fuss over nothing,lol :) thnx xxx

I cant tell you if you are pregnant or not.. All I can say is wait until your period is suppose to come on again and take a test then if it doesnt start. Then it will def. Be a neg. Or a pos. Good luck hun

do you think from experinece that pregnancy tests should have picked up hcg by now, if im 7 weeks? Xxxx

mine picked up at 5 weeks so yup!

if you are 7 weeks def. The blood test would have picked it up but not nec. The hpt some women dont show a positive hpt for a long time if an at all.

i have just actually realised what I have put after being confused y u said about a blood test,lol..I havent had one done, just hpt, n they hvae been negative..I will definately wait until next period and see what happens, im just a bit worried incase I have the sometimes normal '3 periods ' in the first trimester and have ran out of time for decisions I could make, I am only 17 and I know I should have been more responsible..But silly things happen unfortunately, but I will let use no how it goes, thnx again for the prompt replies, its much appreciated :) xxx

If you are so worried about it you definetely need to have a blood test done.
