yes, it is an out of
the world question, but I have heard that
sherbet ice cream cleans the pallet
(spelling not sure), and I was wondering
what the pallet was? And if anyone has
ever noticed, but at a few nicer
restaurants they serve lemon flavored, and
I was also once told that you should have
a spoon full of sherbet in between every
meal...Who knows maybe who ever told me
that is crazy, but I was just curious if
anyone else has heard of such a thing.

Sherbert does clean the palate..That is
why "fine" restaurants serve it between
courses. The palate refers to your sense
of tasting abilities.
