I have mager cramps and my back keeps

Take a warm bath or you can put a heating
pad to help ease the pain. I was told to
take tylenol to help with mine. Good luck

If you haven't already you need to talk to
your doctor about it. He may be able to
give you something for. Really not for
sure. But you might want to talk to your
doctor about it
