Its exactly as its called "pre-cum" before he comes...Anytime before he comes...It can come out. There is no exact second because every male is different. You dont really need to look it up. Anytime during sex, oral sex, anything sexual..It can come out on its own. I know for sure. I have experience.

Pre-ejaculatory fluid is present before ejaculation. The fluid may be present anytime after the man’s erection.

That's kinda scary! my husband and I use a condom, but the first time he goes in me he doesn't have one on, but then he usually quickly puts one on I know the chances are still slim to get pregnant like that, but I know their is still a chance now.
