Q: How Soon Can I Tell?

I had sex yesterday! I had been on the pill but stopped taking ita couple of months ago! I've had sex plenty of times b4 but I always used a condom. For some reson yesterday it just slipped my mind. I woke up with the worst stomach cramp of my life this morning. What does that meen? Now i'm terrified that I could be preganat. How soon can I tell? Any advice you can give will be greatly apprciated!
