Terrible Gas Welp!

Gusy help me please. I have terrible gas for like 2 years now. Its getting worse. Afte ri eat almost anything! If I push down on my stocmach with my hands it gurgles like crazy! Sometimes thats how I try to push the gas down by physically pushing on my stomach I can hear then noise. Simethicone helps but makes me constipated. Any ideas?
