A little over a month ago I jumped a fence
to run on a closed off track but fell
awkwardly on my heel from 5 feet. For
the next 4 or 5 days there was
considerable pain and I walked with a
limp. I took about 2 weeks off from
running however the pain didn't subside
completely. I started running again only
because it doesn't hurt while doing so,
(it hurts more to walk because im putting
more weight on the heel). The injury is
tender to touch, any idea what the problem
is? More likely a heel bruise or a stress
fracture?
