Hi im 16 and my gf who is 14 thinks she is
pregnant. I dont usually post on this but
I really dont know what to do. We had sex
about 5 days ago and it was friday and on
saturday she said she had a bad stomach
ach, she felt tired and she had dramatic
mood changes. She knows she wants the
baby but now im having second thoughts. I
dont know what the risk of her dying
during birth is and if its very high then
I dont know what to do. Are those
sympstoms she has because she is pregnant?
And what is the risk of her dying. Also
its only beenm 6 days..Can I get her
tested? Thanks alot and plz try to help

I believe 6 days is to early to test. I
think its something like 5 days after her
first missed period. But I don't know
about a stomach ache being a big symptom.
Maybe she just had to poop :)

Ok, firstly, unless theres some family
history, then the chances of her dying
during birth are very slim.
When is her period due? And how long
does her cycle usually last?
"most" women ovulate, 2 weeks before
there next period is due.
U can get her tested with a first response
tester, a few days before her next
period. Or... Wait until her next
period is due, and missed.
I wouldnt have thought that pregnancy
symptoms would take effect, so soon after
conceiving, if in fact she has
concieved.
I hope this is of some help.
And I recomend you using protection in the
future, if you are not ready to become a
father yet.

Her risk of dying if she goes to the doc
and listens and does as the say is like
less than 1% I think

Thanks alot that really helped now that im
not so worried about her. Someone just
told me the chances were high and once I
heard that I started looking. She said
her periods are irregular..Someone also
told me that theres a lot less chance that
she wont get pregnant because of that..But
its the same person that told me she is
likley to die to...Is that true? Maybe I
shouldnt listin to my ex anymore
lol. Thanks...Going to school now..

I think you should know that every time
you have sex, your at risk of conceiving a
baby.
Unless its gay sex...
Or the female dosent has ovaries, or a
womb etc.
I concieved using 2 methods of birth
control, the pill and the condom.
Good luck.

ok first of all, there is absolutely no
way your girlfriend would have any
symptoms this early. Secondly, there is
a less than 1% chance that your girlfriend
will die during childbirth. Thirdly she
can test as early as 4 days before her
next period but as you say she has
irregular periods I would wait at least a
month before testing. Fourthly --get her
on birth control--it'll help regulate her
period and 14 is too young for a child.
Good luck!

If it is true..We are keeping it. Shes
already made up her mind. I just dont
know since her periods are irregular then
I cant tell when her next period is. Shes
just been sick latley now and idk what
else. So I still dont know when I can get
her tested.

3 weeks after you had sex, *should* give
u a positive yes or no.
Thats only by estimation though, if she
still has doubts about whether dhe is
pregnant or not, tell her to get a blood
test.

It is possible she could be preg. But
these symptoms may also be stress related.
If you both have been stressing over this
it can make her sick..I know I had that
happen I got too scared for no reason but
I was literally sick. Just calm down and
wait until you can test...I hope it all
works out for u both!
