Is it normal to just sometimes have no appetite at all?? Some times I have to force myself to eat because I wouldn't eat if I didn't....I lost 2 pounds from my 1st Dr. Visit to the other.......He told me to start eating a little more, and it's like sometimes I just can't between not being hungry and throwing it up!!!

Oh ya, any tips for heartburn and acid indegestion???

Re: Loosing Weight Here....
I was like that for the first three months. I was constantly loosing weight because I was always sick and didnt feel hungry, because everytime I ate it would come back up. What helped me was talking a meal supp drink if I didnt eat. So I would drink boost. It doesnt taste the best, but it worked for me. For heartburn, I eat pinapple and it helps a lot. Also take tums if your not already. Good luck with your pregnancy : )

I was lucky enough that I didnt get the morning sickness. But in my 3rd month I got really sick that I lost 10lbs within that month. Its cool.

On the medicines my doc told me just to take regular srength of anything. Taking the extra is not good.

As like tazzy said all tat can relife heartburn and acid is tums. No matter what I ate around 12a. I would get acid.Ugh it sucked. Goodluck

When I was pregnant with my last little un I kept losing weight but when I asked my gp he said that it is quiet normal to loose weight before you gain in pregnancy. Wish I could loose weight now though.

Okay~no more extra strength for me.....I only took it like 3 different times~so that shouldn't hurt.....Right?? I always get so scared that i'm taking bad things and stuff!!!! So malox is okay and so are tums....Good to know......I've never had heartburn before in my life untill this pregnancy!!

Dont worry about what you've took of extra strenght it wont hurt, only if you took it through out the pregnancy. So dont worry your baby will be just fine. :) ya I was afaird of taking anything. Even after I had him I still dont take anything. Its just something ive gotten use too.

All I ate was salad (from outback), and cereal for about 3 months. It's fine.
