Can This Possibly Happen?
Posted: 01-25-05 17:27pm

Since this september, i've givin up red meat alltogether. But, the thing is I really don't like, like soy and eggplant and all that stuff that people who don't eat red meat substitute for it. Lately, people have noticed me getting pale in my face and I was wondering if anyone knew that, to be due to not eating red meat. And also if its doing more than just making my face pale. If anyone knows anything please write back :!: thanks

Hi there. I know exactly what you mean. I have been there and felt and looked the same way, maybe you need some type of vitamin w/o red meat. Alot of vegetarians that I know of have that certain color. I went back to red meat.
Good luck!
Sandy

Was the reason you went back to redmeat because of what it was doing to you? Is there any other symptoms I should be worried about ?Cuz I have noticed myself gettin more tired and stuff ?? I don't know, but thanks for your comment :d

Yes there are a few things you will be missing from your nutrition without red meat. Vitamin b12, and creatnine are two examples. Over the counter supplements can help with this.
