Can a 44 year women who has had silicone
implants and did not become pregnant be
able to breast feed a child? If so how
would she be able to do this with out
being pregnant?

I have read somewhere: the doctor will
give you hormone pills to make you be able
to produce milk. So talk to your doctor
about it

Hormones be supplied enough to lactate?
What kind of medicine is required to be
able to be succesful? I know this is
weird but I heard this and I am making
sure this is a factual situation...

You can also start your milk on your own,
by pumping. You would have to pump often
every couple hours or so to get the milk
going. And i'm not sure how long it
would take.
