I was wondering if any of you moms had gotten the baby blues and what did u all do to get over it. Im having the hardest time dealing with my baby he drives me nutts. Especially at nite I get so mad I jsut wanna scream or I break down and cry. I even get thoughts that I dont want him but then I think of how it would be without him. Any advice. I really dont want to mentation it to the doc when I got to my 6wks post labor appt. Please help im lost...

It is called post partum depression, and yes it is normal for some people and you need to say something to your doc. Some people have to get med. To help them through it. And stress can trigger it more. Do you have any help or support with you. If you do ask them for a hand in feeding the baby or anything that you might need help with. Also see if you have a support group around that could help out alot as well. Good luck hun I do crossword puzzles when I get mad or upset but that is what I have found that works for me..

Me and mommax3 (i don't think many people remember her) were given meds. I haven't taken them though. Sorry I don't have too much advice. I've just been trying to work it out myself. My husband helps and friends. Def talk to your doc and ask friends and family for help if you're overwhelmed with everything. I know how you feel. Take care.

Your doctor is there for that very porpose and have heard about this. Please don't try to hide anything. This is part of what the follow-up visit is for.
