Weird...my Right Hand Goes Numb! Posted: 01-27-05 14:28pm
Every time I work out at the gym, I use
the life fitness crosstrainer eliptical
machine...10 minutes into the work out my
right hand goes numb, i've tried not
holding on to the bar hard, i've tried
different positions...Nothing is working.
As soon as I finish and put my hand by my
side it goes away. I think I may just be
pinching a nerve or something, but it's
really weird.
Please help! Any ideas?!
