Lose the Carb Cravings

Hey all,

i am new here. I recently lost 25 pounds and it was not even hard. I had always wanted to diet but never had the ambition to do it. I had horrible migraines and searched everywhere for things that could help me with them. I found out about detox foot pads (for more information about them you can visit one of these websites: www.Purifyyourbody.Com , www.Bodypurenow.Com, www.Kenrico.Com)

i was told to try putting them on my feet at night and they would help me detoxify my body while I slept. Well, I haven't had any migraines in 4 months! That was amazing, but the even more interesting thing is that my cravings for carbs, sugar, sweets, everything from candy and cake, to white bread, was gone! That is what helped me lose the weight.

I tried researching on why this is, and I think I have come to the conclusion that after we eat sugary foods, our body craves them more, because they are made from processed and refined sugar. It is a never ending cycle. We have to cleanse our bodies of the synthetic and processed foods, and then our bodies won't want them anymore.

I am still slowly losing more weight. I have not been cutting down on meals or skipping meals. I have just been eating healthy. These foot pads have helped me so much, they are the reason why I have lost weight. I eat a lot of meats and complex carbs (whole grains, fruits, veggies) and occasionally I will eat mashed potatoes and a sandwich. Oh, and maybe pasta once a week. I don't really crave anything other than that. I can make a whole batch of brownies now without even eating a single one.

Maybe this info will help others. I totally swear by it!

Good luck. I am off to read more posts now.... Ta ta
