Highly unlikely, but yes it's possible. If semen gets into the vagina.

Hold on a minute!!!You can only get pregnant if and only if-some of the ejaculate drips down into the vagina and makes its way to an ovum. There is nooooo connection between the anus and the vagina-if there is-you haver another problem altogether.Your chances of pregnancy are slim-true enough-but your chances of contracting other (far worse )problems are increased.Anal sex is best if practiced under safer sex-no fluid exchange(that means you need to use a condom!).Not my thing ,really, tried it not for me.Whatever floats your boat-just be safe!Best to you.

What does it do to the women if a man cums in her ass, like is it unsafe or can you get poblems or something with cumming in a womens ass?!? Does it do any harm? And is it better to use a condom during anal sex, or does it really matter?

Sperm will come out, just like it drips out of the vagina. Def safer to use a condom as far as stds.

Having unprotected anal sex is higher risk for transmission of diseases for several reasons. The anus is full of mucus membranes that are more easily torn than vaginal tissue and it has far more bacteria than your vagina. If you want to have anal,it is wise to use a condom and to be very well lubricted. The most important thing is to be with someone who will take the time to properly lubricate-to have anal sex when you are not well lubricated increases the chances of tearing.
