i posted here about 2 or 3 weeks ago with
a question.. Now I am back and even more
confused. My last normal period was on
dec 3rd. I had sex on the 17th and 18th
and this was when I was ovulating. On
dec 31st I had another " period" only it
was light pink and lasted only a day or
so. I have had nausea, heartburn,
cramping and frequent urination all month.
I was due to start my period on jan 28th
and it came on the 24th???? Only this
one was the same as the one I had on the
31st with light pink spotting and then
brownish blood. I only used maybe 8 pads
the whole time( sorry tmi). I thought
that it was my period but instead of 2
days like normal I went 6 and the last 3
days have been light pink spotting only
when I wipe :roll: I usually have pms
before my period and my breasts started
throbbing at the end??( never had it
before). I called the nurse to see if
the blood would interfere with the hpt and
she said no.. So I wasted money and got
one. I took it and it came back neg. I
think that the presence of blood may have
interfered with it.. Top of that I was so
nervous that I dropped the test before the
3 min time and I think this may have given
me the neg result too. Does anyone have
any ideas on this. I have been
experiencing the spotting on and off today
too and now I have a yellowish discharge..
With no signs of infection. I know that
you wait after you miss your period to
take a test but when should I take another
one since I am still spotting? Please
advise... I am confused and scared. I
really want to have a baby and I know I am
pregnant, I just need some verification
from a test and if possible a ride to the
psych ward if I am indeed nuts.

If you want to be %100 sure, then you need
to go to your doctor and get a blood test.
They can tell you if hcg is present and
at what level. That, in my opinion, will
be the only way for you to feel %100 sure
with an answer.

Dont be scared, I had the same problems,
but my body was going throw cycles, and I
went to the doctor and he said, your body
changes and its normal, but.....3 weeks
later I find out im 4 weeks preg, so it
might mean that you have to take a bigger
step into life or your body is going
though changes. Hope that was helpful

I have just found out I am pregnant, I had
a positive home pregnancy test. And then
booked in to see my doctor had a blood
test and it came back that I am pregnant
and my hcg is 443. Is this normal, the
sister at the clinic said oh I think it
might be a bit too low and I will get the
doctor to call you tomorrow, I am worried
.... The doctor said I would just have
turned 5 weeks some time this week. My
last period was 26.1.2005
please help
