Hi, my name is vaughn. I saw how you ladies help each other out and how you have support for one another and I just thought you would like to hear my story. I am 18 years old, as of jan 8th, and on jan 15, I had a baby girl named alixandrya rhyanne. Shes everything i've ever wanted. Although she will never meet her dad, other than though pictures and movies he made while he was away, I want to be the best for her. Her dad was killed in iraq jan 1st of this year on his way home. His name was alexander rhyan. I named her after him. Shes only 15 days old and she looks just like him, sometimes it hurts me to look at her or hold her. Today, his mother and I watched the movie he had made for alix and i. He looked so happy to be coming home in it, he said I miss you both so much, I can't want to see you vaughn and you too alix. He had to leave the day I found out I was having her and the last thing he said to me was, I will be home to see you and my baby again. I know being a soldier was his job, but I wish he could have pick another. I miss him so very much and I wish I could have seen him one more time. I wish he was still here for alix when she gets older. Thats my story, I just need some sort of a hobby for the next few weeks until I can go back to work.

Lol hobby, ull be addicted, im so sorry for your loss. Im hilary, 18 my son sami is 4 and my daughter suni is 3.5 wks. Hope you stay and congrats on your daughter

Wow, that made me cry. Im so sorry for your loss and I hope someday things get easier. My names kourtney and I have a little girl named kylie rae and shes 3 months old. :) if you wanna talk pm me. Like samisuni said, you'll be addicted.

Welcome to the forum, and congrats on your baby girl! I'm so sorry to hear about your loss though..I hope your doing alright, for your baby girl. I'm rachel btw, age 17 and 26w3d pregnant with a boy due may 6th

Hi vaughn. Congrats on your new baby girl! :) i'm soooo sorry to hear about your babys daddy tho and it made me cry reading that. :cry: I don't guess it helps much to say this but at least you'll always have part of him with your little girl. Anyway, my name's kris. I just turned 18 the 27th and i'm 23 weeks today with my baby boy due may 30th. Good luck and welcome to the board. The girls here are great anda lotta help! :)

Hey girl, im sorry about your little girls father, my name is natalie and im 18 as of jan 8 also! I dont come on here often but your post caught my eye, I have a 2 month old little boy named jayden and he also doesnt have a father(under different circumstances) if you ever want to talk just let me know

Hey its me again. Thanks for the messages. I feel better today, other than the fact that it is snowing here. Alix and I are going to my sister courtneys today. She just had a baby girl december 30th. Like you said, I think I am getting addicted. I havent posted anything, other than on here, but I have read alot.

Hi vaughn,i am so sorry to hear about your baby's dad. Like you my hubsand is in the military. So far he hasn't had to go to iraq yet. I hope he doesn't I know that sounds selfish of me but I don't know what I would do without him. We are trying to have baby. I guess what I am saying is that if you never need to talk to some just send me a message or post either one and I will reply back. And congrats on the baby.

Wow...I didnt think I would get this many relpies...Today we watched alot of movies alex made for us. We looked at pictures and started a scrap book. We made a page of alex and alixandrya..They look so much alike.. We made a page from our wedding, in april we'd have been married a year. We got married when I was 17, I had just turned 17 and grad. From highschool. He was 21, and serving in the army. Some people ask me how I made it. I have a good job, good benifits, real nice people too and with the help of my family and his, everything worked out just fine. I know one day I will be able to move on, but I dont think I will ever find someone to fill his shoes. Oh, and I like this posting thing!!.. I've just been reading alot of them tonight...I like this hobby, well alix is crying, i'll check back later

It is good to start a scrap book. I have started one to . Well actually I have two. I have one of me and my hubsand from the day we met to the day of our wedding reshearl and the second one I am working on now is from our wedding day. Which is july3, 2004. To when ever I get to the last page. I think scrap booking is fun in away. I know this website that has a lot of scrapbooking supplies on it. If you want it just let me know. Scrapbooking is also nice when you are by yourself and you can't sleep at night. I guess you have alot of sleepless nights. I know tonight I can't sleep because my hubsand isn't here tonight. He had to go to school. And his school is 4 hours from where we live. And he has to stay with his sister for two nights out of a week. I know that isn't much but I still miss him like crazy.

Well today I am pretty busy. My sister and I are taking our new babies on their first shopping trip!! Ha..Hope everyone is doin good.. But anyway,..Have a good day..I'll be back on later tonight.
