Did you take a pregnancy test that detects your pregnancy before a missed period? I heard those aren't good to take before your missed period, because it can detect pregnancy too early. I read on a website that many of us can get pregnant and have a miscarriage without knowing.... And that those pregnancy tests can still detect a borderline pregnancy. Not quite sure if i'm making any sense...

Very true. I can't remember the exact percentage, but most of the babies we make don't make it past our first period. Is this your period? If it is you may have been pregnant technically, but the baby never implanted in the uterus so not really. Hope you understand what i'm saying. Take care. If you are ttc, best wishes.

ditto to what they all have explained. You could have been preg per say but the egg doesnt implant nor develope so it passes with your period. Good luck if you are ttc.

Your best bet is to go to the Dr...Those tests might have had something wrong with them. The dr will draw blood...Cause if you had a miscarriage you'd still have the hcg level still in your system for a good few days.

Yeah, do a blood test because you can still be pregnant even after having your period...It's called aniversarial periods...And see you doctor because there could be a reason you fell pregnant and you miscarried (usually implantation happens 2/3 days after fertilization, so if you had a positive test, it was because that little one was implanted and stimulating your body to release the hcg hormones) sometimes the doctor prescribes a progresterone treatment to maintain the uterus wall from the day of ovulation for 1 month so that the embryo gets a change to more firmly implant.
Best of luck;-)

Ok the bleeding has stopped and its only been 3 days. Im usually really heavy when I have my period but I wasnt that heavy...But it also was light. I still have all the signs of pregnancy, im just wondering could I still be pregnant. I guess ill just have to wait and get the blood test tomorrow.
