Hi lady brannon,
i've never lived in texas, so I can't
answer any of your questions, but I wanted
to congratulate you on your upcoming move.
I've been to austin four times for
educators' conventions, and I love that
city. If I had to move outside of fl,
that's one place I wouldn't mind moving
to. I don't know about you, but my
environment is very keenly tied to my
well-being, and austin is a "feel good"
sort of place. best wishes!

Hi lizbet!
Thanks for the inside info. I have never
actually stopped in austin (always driving
through to get to san antonio or dallas).
To know that it is a feel good type place
makes me feel better! I am still kind of
worried about the hot, humid summers, you
know?
thanks again!! Hugs,

Lady brannon, your in luck there. Austin
is not as humid as this part of the us.
Also I was born in dallas and traveled to
san antonio for two yrs when my hubby was
on their transplant list. Austin has hot
summers, and cold winters. But it's not
as humid as here or as dallas. It's also
not as dry as west texas. I think it's a
nice in between!
Ladybrannon-
I have a friend who lives in texas,
can't remember where exactly. I asked
her if I could give you her email, so you
should hear something from me shortly.
