Ok everyone, going on 8 weeks pregnant,
here I am. I want to exercise and i'm
not sure what exercises will harm my baby
so I wanted to know if you guys could tell
me what sorts of things to avoid. Also,
are there any herbs or anything I should
be watching out for in my diet so I don't
induce a miscarriage? Mostly i'm writing
about the exercises though, I think its
best to be safe.

are good places to start with regard to
exercising. Also, as stated in the
articles you should really speak with your
doctor before starting anything. Also,
your doctor may be able to recommend some
specific exercises for you.
