Hello. Yes I do think that you should tell someone that you are pregnant. You need proper medical treatment. Its not good for you or the baby if you do not get help or at least tell a family member or a friend. You should take a test just to make sure so you're not questioning it everyday. Good luck!

You should find out for sure first....Take a test and then tell everyone....No sense getting other people stressed if it's not even a for sure thing....
