So I have been on bc (yasmin) for 8 months
now, I originally started taking them
because I was diagnosed with polycystic
ovaries and I had an irregular period. I
also had to recently go to the doctor for
a hypothyroid. Anyway, I was worried
because for the last 8 months on the pill,
I have gotten my period at the same time
every 4th tuesday. But just this last
month I have been sexually active with my
boyfriend and he has never used a condom.
Well today is the 4th tuesday and it is
tuesday night and I havent had my period
yet. I have taken my pill at the same
time every morning for the whole 8 months.
I also have had lots of stress because
the college semester started up again this
month and also I have had 2 deaths in the
family this last month that were very
hard. This is the 22nd day on my pill
cycle, so I realize it is early, but
should I be worried that I am pregnant?
Or is it possible that my period is
delayed? Oh yeah, I am 20 years old,
about to turn 21. Thanks!

Nope, no need to worry... If you really
have been taking your pills at the same
time every day and havent missed any then
its not likely that you are pregnant.
Stress will mess with your system so thats
probably all it is... Dont worry! :d

Your right, just started this morning
*sigh* thanks, I am going to sit down with
my bf and re-evaluate our priorities in
our relationship, cause the way I felt
yesturday just wasnt worth it to me.
Thanks again! Also, another question I
have, does how much "activity" that goes
on in your uterus do anything with
delaying your period or anything? I am
just curious about this. Thanks

Nope, it doesnt matter how much stuff you
do with your boyfriend.... That won't
mess with your cycle at all! You could
have sex everyday and it wont mess
anything up! :)
