Something that did help was a device called "petite thermophore". It's an electric moist heat pack that you wear around your jaw or neck. It relieves the pain for a while. I bought it over the internet, I don't remember where, but if you go to a search engine, type in "petite thermophore" and i'm sure you will find it. Good luck to all! Sunandsea
