Q: Please Help- Am I Pregnant??

Ive been sexually active, I use conceptrol(spemicide)for protection so I let him cum in me. I think im about due for my period and four days ago I was spotting. I saw some pink when I wiped, sometimes brown, and there was a little brown in my panty liner. And then it just stopped. I thought it might be implantation bleeding. I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. So I was wondering if this could be anything else? Did I take the test too early? What are other early symptoms of pregnancy and implantation bleeding?
Also the other day after I took a nap and when I woke up and found a wet spot on my shirt over my nipple. I looked at it and it was leaking little. Is this a sign of pregnancy? Or are my hormones just out of whack? Its happened before.
I'm only 17, and i'm really scared. If i'm pregnant I dont know how I would tell my parents. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

The bleeding could have been implantation bleeding, but I can't tell you anything 100%.....Wait a couple more days and take another test. If you don't get your period within like 2 weeks~call your Dr.

Yeah, you could def be preg. If you don't get your period soon, test again. If you keep getting negs and no period, go for a blood test. It's unusual but some pregnancies won't show on a urine test for many weeks.

you could be. Spermicide is not a good way to prevent pregnancies. Of course it's better than nothing but nowhere near "highly effective". Do exactly what lana said. Be more careful from now on if you dont want to keep worrying about this every month.

ditto what the other posters said
