shoulder blade bothering me Posted: 02-03-05 23:42pm


I have a question...Right above my shoulder blade (left) the muscle below my neck to the left is bothering me. It has been doing this for over a year now. If I move my left arm to much or strain, this one spot in my back starts hurting really bad like I have to rub it out. It tingles/burns in way, but it keeps coming back. I do not what it is. It hurts to the touch once it flares up....Anyone have any advice on what to do or what it could be?????

The best advice you can ever get is to go to the doctor! Get an mri and make sure you do not have severe problems with your cervical spine! Not something to think about and ponder on, something to do and do fast!

I had that same thing happen to me. It would come and go, but for sure go and get it checked out. When I did that doctor told me my pain was cause because I had scoliosis.
