I have had infertility problems for 8+
years.Then for 5 of those years no one
knew what the problem was,i just didn't
have a cycle for months and months at a
time they just gave me clomid pills, said
this will fix it. Even though they didn't
even know what the problem was.I finally
saw a real fertility doctor, he told me I
had pcos,1mth later I had surgery lazoring
the cyst from my ovary . I have cycles
now, just sometimes the cyst come
back,then go away. I have had to take
shots,every month for almost 4 years,to
help me ovulate. Well, my husband & I
went to have insemination done, learned
that he has no sperm! Not low sperm, uhm
no sperm!
I want to have a baby bad!! We both do,
but I am just wondering if any one can
tell me how they feel about sperm donors?
I'd love to hear what a guy has to say
about this. I am not comfy talking with
my husband about this, because I do not
know how he feels being that he may never
be able to father a child of his own.(i
know how I felt thinking I wouldn't be
able to get preg) how would he feel about
me carrying another mans baby! I mean, it
would be his baby, our baby! Just how
would a man really feel about that, if
they really want to have a child. He is
way for adopting! And so am i, but I
really want to have a baby, go through all
of that together. Watching this baby grow
in me! And then bring a baby into the
world together! But I want a baby... Be
it adopt or birth, even both..
I hope I haven't confused you, help!
I have tried to talk to him about it,
maybe its just me... But I don't want to
hurt him, or anything! How do you feel
about sperm donor's?
How do men feel about this?

Hi,
as an older man with children, I see
nothing wrong with using sperm from a
sperm bank. Of course your husband is
the one you'll have to convince. If you
two adopt, it will still be someone elses
child. If you use sperm from a donor,
half the child will be yours. It's
sperm, it makes babies. It's inserted by
a doctor. To me it's just a medicine
that makes woman pregnant. That the
opinion from one guy. The important
thing is the baby and you both want that.
