I'm curious, do you wear your splint at
night, during the day, or all the time?
Does it bother you?

I wear mine all the time except when i'm
eating although my doctor recommended it.
I've had it on for a little more than a
month and it helps my bite a lot. My jaw
moves back more when I open my mouth. I
tryed not wearing it once and after about
2 hours the symptoms came back so now I
don't leave it off for more than 15
minutes. It's starting to get really
annoying though. I have to wear it for
another 4 months. I'm looking forward to
june.
