Hello I am a 22 year old full time college student. My boyfriend and I have a 2 year old daughter. My question is regarding pregnancy. You would think with me already having one child I would know. But im not sure if I am pregnant. I have not had my period going on for two months. I told my boyfriend that I thought that I might be pregnant and he really didnt have a comment. I took a test and it came back neg. But im considering going to the doctor. Well this morning I woke up and felt fine. Then about an hour later, this pain started in my lower back and stomach and down to my private areas. I would try to sit down and almost be in tears. Whats the pain? I dont want to go to my doctor and tell her that I think I might be pregnant for her to tell me that its gas if you know what I mean. My boyfriend and I do not have the best relationship in the world. We are seeking pre marital counseling and im basically jsut here till I get out of school. I thought that I might be having a miscarraige but there is no bleeding or spotting or anything. Just really bad cramping in my lower back and stomach and my private areas. Please help.

It could be anything like a week before I found out I was pregnant... I had been dealing with bad cramping and pains for a while and found out I had cancer... I'm not saying thats what you have but theres millions of things going on with the body
