Q: Cats???

Ok! So i'm definately pregnant!! Woohoo.....Took another test and found out for sure....But now I have another issue...I have two cats(kittens really) adn I know my husband has to change the litter box now,but is it dangerous for me to smell the fumes or even pick up my cats?? I love my animals alot,but not enough to risk my baby......Can anyone help? Embarassed
