I recently had a experience where I made a sudden motion and it felt like my right hip was gong to come out of joint. Since then I have had dull aches in my hip area at the end of the day. I sometimes feel the same feeling my hip is going to come out of joint (not as bad as original feeling). I have limited range in hip like when I try to put on socks on right foot. Can hardly get my leg to cross and then is painful. Anybody have similar?
