Any Info Would Help
Posted: 02-07-05 02:25am

In september 2004 , I recieved my first depo provera shot. I was due in dec 04 for my second one, but decided not to recieve the shot again and went on ortho evra ( the patch ) I was just wondering, how long it took any one to concieve after depo, and whether or not and for how long this can mess up my fertility.. Any answers or personal experiences would be appreciated.

I don't know about the depo but I do know that it can take up to a year on the pill form your body to get right again. I'm sure it would be the same for the depo. Have you asked your doc buy any chance????

you should be posting this in the pregnancy q&a forum. First of all, anytime you have sex you can get someone pregnant. Since she just got off of her period, it is a doubtful time because she shouldn't be ovulating that soon. Make sure to use protection next time, that way you aren't worrying about it later.

Next time when you have a question of your own, you need to be making a whole new post.
