Q: Getting Pregnant Without Intercourse?

I am a 30 year old married woman. The problem is my husband isn't able to have intercourse due to some medical problems. He has had surgery to correct this but it failed.
We are desperately wanting to have a baby.

My question is....
How can we get pregnant without intercourse and without
spending a fortune at the Dr. Our medical insurance will not cover this.

Please help?
Thank you,
wantingababy

Only thing I can think of is adopt, or artifical insimination (sp)? Im not for sure what to tell you. If you want to carry the baby yourself, or ask a close trusted friend to help (last resort) though. Good luck to you
