Could I Be Pregnant?
Posted: 02-08-05 18:23pm

Hello ladies,

i can really use some help to ease my mind. I am 33 years old with a 2 year old boy. My husband and I have been trying for 8 months for another. I had a procedure calles a hysterolsalpingogram on 1/21. Last week my breast started to hurt, I began to get dizzy and had slight cramps. I usually don't get like this before my period. But to top it off, this morning I had a little leakage from my left breast. Now I breastfed my son, so I know what it feels like. I took a hpt and had a blood test, both negative. I'm not actually due for my period until thursday, i'm I just getting to anxious? I should have waited, huh? I would appreciate any oppinions.

I would def. Wait and re test. I think it was to early to test and your hcg level would not be high enough to detect preg. On a hpt. Good luck hun and re test if you dont start your period

Nervous Breakdown
Posted: 02-11-05 21:01pm

Thank you so much for your repsonse, it brought a temporary smile to my face. Unfortunately I got my period yesterday and had a mini breakdown. I just swore I was preggers. Everyone's telling the lactating may just be leftovers. But why, after 10 months would I just fill up in a few days, have those other symptoms along with brown spotting just days before that dreaded moment I called the doc who performed the hsg, he told me to see a doctor, not a midwife. So i'll see what's happening on 2/17. Thanx again, I don't feel so alone writing this.
