So what.. Are you saying that he proved a
fetus is a human being? It's a civil
lawsuit and it's more like just a
violation of contract I think then a
homicide case and just because one judge
may think it's a human being, doesn't mean
it is.

a not a nice act case and just because one

so if not judges and the law then who
decides?

did not a judge give you that right, yes in
court cases brought by pro choicers,so why
does this judge not have that same power
to take away a right or call a fetus
something else.

Bd-- judges and the law gave women the
legal right to abort....This is the same
law that could take that right away...So
you don't care what they think? So if you
are really pro-choice you would care what
the law or a judge thought.

"a womans choice" isn't an argument to
"fall back on." im pretty sure if someone
were trying to force you to do something
you didn't want you'd use the line "its my
body, and I don't have to." I know I
would, no one in this world, will ever,
ever tell me what to do with (caps) my
body. Well, they could, but they're sure
in for one rude awakening.

Another activist judge ruling politically,
contrary to the law. What a surprise.
Almost as much of a surprise as when the
appeals courts strike it down.
