Hi there, I feel for you because I suffered from the same very badly. I had it for about 2 years and it controlled my life. But, I can reassure you it does get better, as time goes on you learn how to deal with your anxiety and attacks. Can I ask, do you find that perscribed medicine works? Because I always found that it would make me feel more tense or when the medicine wore off it would come back 10 times worse. I found that instead of using strong perscribed drugs I found natural herbal remodies that dont make you feel mongy or like your actually taking anything! I found that camomile tea worked and also quiet life tablets that stop you from feeling stressed. Its not somthing that you take regularly (like perscribed drugs) you just take them when you actually feel stressed or like anxiety/attacks are creaping up on you.

I tried every medicine you could think of, anti depressents, valium, diazapan, beater blockers the lot and none of them helped me like the natural remodies did (and there better for you!). I would recoommend it to anyone because they were litrally a life saver to me!

Any questions pm me of you like!
