I got really dry skin on my face and I can't but loation on it becuz it makes my face very red and it burns what could I put on there .. I have this face cream from my doctor should I try that ?

You have to moisturize and use a suncreen. If you can afford it, try a shiseido moisturizer which is what I have, very light but effective. Otherwise ask at the drugstore for a good comedongenic moisturizer. Good luck!
