My friend told me that right before she
get her period her breast gets really sore
or tender..And that how she knows when it
is about to come down. So your not the
only one

Its common for girls to get tender breasts
or sore nipples prior or whole on their
period. You can thank the release the
estrogen in your body for this.

This is normal don't worry. It happens
during the time of the period. Two days
before it starts and during your bleeding
time.

I had this problem for years until some
one told me about evening primrose oil
capsules, I started taking one a day and
after about 3months the pain just went it
also seemed to have the effect of
lessening my stomach ache just before a
period as well, ive read that evening
primrose oil can help to control hormones
in some people and that is why it works,
give it a go for a few months youve
nothing to lose. Good luck
