Q: Late Period When On the Pill

My fiancee is on estrostep fe. She was supposed to get her period on tuesday, but there's nothing yet. She is pretty regular, and is almost always on time. She has never missed a pill in the 4 years that she's been on it, but she did change brands about 4 or 5 months ago. At what point should we start worrying?

Give it a couple more days and if her period still has not arrived do a test. I came off the pill 6 months ago to get pregnant and it has not happened much but my period was regular until this week it was 2 days late and I got my hopes up and took a test then which came out negative and then it came the next day. So give it a couple more days and then do a test.
