I have severe anxiety and all the symptoms that come with it. Dizziness, fatigue, disorientation, light headedness, fear, instability and generally ill. I find myself irritated by noise and i'm unmotivated. I also have problems with anger and violence. I'm worried constantly that i'm going to die and i'm afraid to be alone. If anyone else has this, please let me know if you're doing anything to ease these symptoms.
