It's an internal sonogram. It looks like a huge dildo, they put a condom on it, and lube it up and stick it in. A lot of people don't like them, but idk why. It doesn't hurt, maybe just the whole idea of it is uncomfortable. You usually get them early preg I think. I got them with both of my girls in the early weeks.

Ditto to what she just said... I usually got those for my cancer... They are pretty uncomfy but normal routine and just give a different perspective look. I personally dont like em because the tech always moves em around so much
