Hi bonita,

it sounds as though you have an infection. It is normal to have discharge, but when it gets smelly and a lot of it, there is a problem. It could be a yeast infection, in which case it will probably keep reoccuring if you don't treat it properly. You would need to go to your doctor to get a diagnosis of exactly what type of infection it is, but the most common is yeast infections. Is it itchy and red inside your vagina ? Sometimes yeast infections can get quite itchy. I have tried all types of prescribed and over the counter medications to treat yeast infection, but after many years, I have finally stumbled across acidophilus bifidus in tablet form, and it completely cured it. I don't have any reocurrances at all. Basically acidophilus bifidus are the live organisms in yoghurt, they keep the intestines and digestive system clean and kill the bacteria that causes yeast infection. As yoghurt only contains hundreds of acidophilus bifidus it is more effective to take them in tablet form as these contain millions of the live orgnaism, helping to fight the infection quickly. Yeast infections can be caused by many things including pregnancy and the use of antibiotics. You can get acidophilus bifidus tablets at any chemist over the counter, and they must be kept in the refridgerator to keep the organisms alive.

Good luck,

suzy
