if you are using a home pregnancy test you will probably need to wait until your period is due before you can test. Some home tests claim they are extra sensitive and will detect hcg levels a few days before your period is due, it will usually state all these details on the packet. Otherwise you could go to your doctor and ask for a blood test which is not only the most accurate test, but will also detect hcg levels 7 - 12 days after conception.
