This is to a response to apart of another
post........
Yes, I do get the feeling that both my arm
and leg are heavy.
Once when I had a grand mal in my sleep I
remember thinking that my leg was stiff
and heavy like a log.
Sometimes there is also a tingling/numb
feeling too.

My kids have that after a seizure in
sleep, too. My dd has it all the time in
her arms, but it is worse and in legs too
if she has a seizure.
