I woud say yes, it is possible for you to have gotten pregnant. If you only took one pill, it wouldnt have gotten into your system, they say it takes a week for that to happen. But just because its possible doesnt mean it happened. If you don't get your period when you are supposed to, then you could always take a test and find out for sure.

Hi there! My opinion is that there is definitely a good chance that you are preggo, are you ttc? Did you just start on b/c, if you did you should use a back up method such as a condom for the 1st couple of months until the b/c has a chance to do what it is supposed to do. If you have a difficult time remembering to take the pill, you might think about the shot. Keep us posted on the outcome. As the poster above said, take a home preg. Test or you can also get a blood test from your Dr. The best of luck to you!
Sincerely,
sandy

One pill means you aren't on bc at all. So, no bc and having sex on your most fertile day means there is a good chance you conceived. Best wishes. If you don't get preg this month, I suggest you have a lot more sex next month around ovulation. Meaning a few days before and the day after. The egg can be fertilized for only 24 hours, sperm can live for up to 5 days. So, the more sperm the higher chances for conception.

Try not to stress too much(i know, easier said than done), stress can slow down you startin your period.
The best to you!

The answer to that jlee is that I acutally went to in search of a family doctor cuz mine had died and he gave me a full years supply of bc and I was on my period when he gave me and he said to start that day and I didn't I started like the sunday so I realized that I couldn't do that and I stopped and now me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex and he ejaculated inside of me and a ovulation chart said that friday was my most fertile day so I don't know if my chances are really high or low. I hoping it was high though

You have to take them only on the correct cycle and the sunday after your period
