What causes "the common but undesirable consequence of a pfannenstiel incision is an unsightly persistant bulge over the incision. Liposuction can easily repair this deformity" (plastic surgery websites description) why? My stomach was flat before my hysterectomy. I have been to 5 doctors this year who told me they did not know why. I'm copayed out looking for a simple why. Also suffered extreme extensive nerve damage, pain mgmt, nerve blocks and am currently taking morphine to control the pain in my hip, thigh, abdomen and back. Any alternative pain treatment suggestions? Girls rule msmnlv
