Are you the one that your fiance won't tell you what's wrong with her? I'm sure she's fine, don't let her get you so crazy. If this baby is seriously threatening her life, they will more than likely abort the baby. If this isn't the guy i'm thinking it is, if you are concerned about hiv get tested. If you both have hiv it's not going to kill her during childbirth, but she could pass it to the baby. Let me just say that the stats are higher for something not being right with the baby, than her dying while in labor. Take care and chill out. It's going to be okay.

If your concerned about sexually transmitted diseases and hiv go to planned parenthood or a clininc around your home, and get tested yourself.....It's important you take care of your health too you know?? Secondly, ask to go to the doctors with and try and get to the bottom of what she is saying will "kill" her......I don't know what's up with this girl...

Didn't you say in the other forum that she is the first girl you've ever slept with? It's probably rare that you have hiv unless you have slept w/ boys? Or unless you share needles or have had a blood transfusion, or had it at birth which you would prob. Know about, then I doubt you have aids. In my pregnancy book it doesn't say that there is any type of std's that could kill the mother during birth, their are certain ones that she could have to have a c-section, but that's all. You just need to ask her what's wrong w/ her. But I think she's just scared you will leave her so she's saying this. If you are planning to marry this girl then she should be able to tell you what's wrong w/ her!

I like want to talk to her! Can I call her!? Pretend i'm your cousin or something!

3 months? How many appts has she had? Have you gotten to go to any of them yet? Do your parents know? Do hers? Are you guys insured?

Go get checked out hunnie just to ease your mind... Call in and make an appt... Ppl do it every day... If your scared about what they will think of you say its for a school project or something

At her first appt. The doctor will do blood testsand pap smear to check for any stds or hiv, so i'd not worry too much. I'd sit down and talk to your girl and see whats really going on with her. All of this sounds very weird to me. There is less than a 1% chance of her dying while giving birth. I have hemophilia and my docs are not worried about me giving brth. I am being followed by a hemotologist to see if i'll need to have blood on hand or anything but i'm not too worried. Talk to her. Good luck!

i smell something fishy..... If she's already gone to 2 appt, then she should have her blood test results back and maybe she has something and that's why. but even if she had hiv (let's say worse case scenario) she wouldn't die while giving birth. Where do u guys live??

Hmmmmm does sound a bit odd to me. Do you think maybe she's not actually pregnant & thats why she wont let him go to appointments? I dunno, when I was at school ive seen girls that age play nasty tricks on guys.

If I were you hun, stand your ground, if she is pregnant tell her its your baby too and you want to know whats going on.

But I do think theres somthing odd going on here!

No std, not even hiv will kill you just because you are pregnant. The thinks that kill pregnant women, other than complications from the pregnancy itself are things like heart disease in particular. And unless something is really odd here, young people don't get live-threatening heart diseases..

Unless she has had something called "pericarditis", "wolfe-parkinson-white syndrome" a serious abdominal aortic aneurism or very irregular heatbeat, or perhaps something like lupus (which can be controlled, by the way), I can't really imagine any known lethal problem from the pregnancy itself.
