Is it normal to occasionally get really
sharp pains on your lower left side if you
move suddenly or cough?? I mean, this is
really bad sharp pains...Should I worry??

no its probably your ligaments stretching.
If the pain continues and you are worried
contact your doctor, but im sure
everything is fine.

I had those like it was if you cough you
almost want to freeze like dont move me I
hurt? They went away! No worries
