I made a mistake by having unprotected sex without using my birthcontrol and now I think I might be pregnant. My back hurt, im tired, im weak and I feel sick to my stomach.. What's going on with me

You may just being worried sick. I have done that too. Id say go get a home pregnancy test and calm for nerves! good luck and best wishes!
